What We Collect

Demo and contact form information. When you submit a demo request or contact inquiry, Reliath AI collects your first name, last name, and email address.

Website technical and analytics information. When you visit the website, Vercel may process technical request and log information as needed to host, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We plan to use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and interactions. Depending on the configuration, Analytics may collect pages viewed, usage events, referral information, browser and device information, approximate geographic region, and cookie or online identifiers.

The demo/contact form does not request sensitive personal information. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in the form.

Purposes of Collection and Use

We use your name and email address to respond to inquiries, schedule and follow up on product demonstrations, communicate about Reliath AI software and services, and send marketing communications about Reliath AI software and Put Data First conferences, events, and related offerings. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method.

We use technical and analytics information to host, operate, protect, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and understand visitor engagement. We do not intend to use Google Analytics for targeted advertising.

Service Providers

Vercel provides website hosting and infrastructure. Google Analytics provides website measurement and analytics. Google Gmail provides email services. Mailchimp is used to distribute marketing email announcements about Reliath AI software and Put Data First conferences and events. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information submitted to or processed through Reliath AI software for a customer is handled under the applicable customer agreement and, where required or agreed, a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Sale or Sharing

Reliath AI does not sell personal information. Reliath AI does not intend to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Website hosting and analytics providers may process or receive technical and usage information to provide their services. Some analytics disclosures may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws depending on the tools and settings used. Before launch, Reliath AI will verify its Google Analytics configuration and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law.

Retention

We generally retain demo inquiry and business contact information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an ongoing business relationship, a requested follow-up, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. We may retain limited suppression records to honor unsubscribe requests.

We intend to configure Google Analytics to retain user-level and event-level data for 14 months where that setting is available and appropriate. Aggregate reports may remain after user-level data expires. Vercel technical logs are retained according to applicable hosting, security, and operational settings and only as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or contact Privacy@Reliath.AI. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will provide a consent or preference mechanism for analytics technologies and honor applicable opt-out preference signals.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Reliath AI, California residents may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information, and other rights described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.
